Have you ever received a document and did not quite understand what it is all about?
Do you need someone to call an organisation on your behalf?

Perhaps we can help

ACCS staff have extensive experience in dealing face-to-face with its community members, thus overcoming cultural and language issues. We believe these specialised services will be fully utilized.

ACCS General Information and Support Services continue to be a main point of contact for the Croatian and Bosnian and Herzegovinian community in their efforts to obtain assistance on pertinent issues and access to relevant services.

The demand for those services (known as 'casework') has steadily increased, particularly as the members of the community are rapidly ageing and the health and welfare issues impact on their well-being.

In order to continue with this much needed assistance and to cover the basic costs, and not to impose a burden on other funded programs and services, ACCS has introduced a Fee for service system where a small fee is charged, depending on the time used for such a service.

Please download Fee for Service Schedule

Fee structure comes into effect on Monday 16 February 2015. This service is by appointments and is only for one day a week
